→ Shu-Te University’s Dormitories Renovation
This renovation project includes the reconstruction and reconfiguration of two dormitory buildings into more modern layouts, along with updated communal spaces on each floor. The ground floor is redesigned to include a co-working area, study lounges, and shared kitchens. The entrance and circulation zones are also reworked to improve accessibility and daily use.
I served as the lead designer during the SD and CD phases, working on the space planning, interior layout development, material selections, and the redesign of the main entrance sequence. I produced the renovation plans, interior visualizations, and design detailing for both buildings.
